Migration to IMS 45001-2018
FFCEL is migrating from OHSAS 18001-2007 to ISO 45001-2018 to maintain its IMS certification. Major documents have been changed after O&M takeover. IMS re-certification audit is planned in third quarter of 2020.
DNV-GL Certification
FFCEL is in process of acquiring DNV-GL Certification for Wind Farm Service and Maintenance Activities. Internal Audit is in progress while External audit is expected in third quarter 2020. This certification shall enhance FFCEL profile & qualification to offer O&M services to other wind farms.
Acquisition of Wind Pro Software
In-house capabilities have been developed through acquisition of WindPro; internationally recognized for Wind Farm Performance Measurement, a measure that increases self-reliance by reducing dependencies on external consultants.1st Plant Performance Analysis on Wind Pro Software has been carried out and report identifying key areas for improvement in Operations and Maintenance practices has been issued. Analysis is planned to be conducted on regular basis to ensure improved plant performance and reliability besides offering services to other wind farms
Forecasting Services from M/s Meteologica
For improved maintenance planning and to serve NTDC Grid Code requirement, Energy
Forecast Services are being obtained from M/s Meteologica. Comparative analysis is performed periodically to assess the accuracy of forecasts which is currently within acceptable limits of grid code
