Safety Training Observation Program (STOP):
STOP was conducted at plant-site. This course was based on behavior based safety and will help in improving safety culture at plant-site.
Housekeeping / Hygiene:
Periodic housekeeping inspections were performed under Housekeeping improvement program. Continuous audits have improved the outlook & housekeeping of overall plant-site.
Annual First Aid and Fire Fighting Trainings:
FFCEL conducts First Aid and Fire Fighting Trainings for its employees every year. These trainings are accompanied by practical sessions and drills for better understanding and development of personnel with regards to emergency situations.
Safety and Quality Talks:
Regular Safety and Quality talks are conducted at Plantsite and Head Office to ensure safety practices and responsible behavior of employees within and outside the workplace.
